Our lives are full of opportunities to better ourselves and those around us. Whether or not we take advantage of those opportunities is up to us! My name is Kelly Harrington and I created Train To Live to help others dig deep, overcome obstacles and reach their potential to live their life to the fullest.
We are all created differently, and therefore have different needs and goals when it comes to fitness and nutrition. I do not believe that there is a “one size fits all” approach. Finding the right path and motivation to pursue a healthy lifestyle can be challenging without guidance. Through my Health and Wellness programs, we will work to zero in on the specific needs of the individual.
Whether you are a 70 year old wanting to play with your grandchildren more often, or an 18 year old wanting to improve athletic performance, we can work together to pinpoint, take action, and conquer your goals. We are not working for a “quick fix”. We are working toward changes that will last a lifetime.

By using the CrossFit Methodology, we will focus on functional movements designed to improve movement for a lifetime. So whether you are 18 and want a boost in athletic performance, or 78 and need mobility assistance, there is a program for everyone!
One-on-one Personal Training
$80/Hour Session
-Based out of CrossFit Albemarle
-Training for all ages and abilities
- Sport based training for middle and high school students
In-Home Workout/Movement Programs $90/Month
-Based on Individual's needs and equipment available
- Online only/Virtual options available
